We provide, as part of our Executive Leadership Coaching Program, the option of a male and a female coach at no additional charge.
Everyone on LDI’s staff has over 15 years of experience in Executive Leadership Development.
LDI does face-to-face in-person coaching at your office as opposed to firms that provide phone-only coaching.

LDI produces measureable results. In our executive leadership coaching work we take ownership for these outcomes. If the results are not significant, we continue working with your employee on “our nickel”.
Our partnership approach to client service includes addressing real-time issues that occur between scheduled meetings. We can be available on-site or via phone and email to assist with real-time concerns.
On average, our coaching programs last 6-9 months, allowing executives to fully integrate their new leadership skills.
