If you're like most executives and managers in today's fast-paced workplace, it's hard to find the time to focus on employee assessment. LDI’s 360 Feedback Programs are designed as employee retention strategies by providing a full view of how others perceive the leadership skills and workplace interactions. The 360 employee assessment program we use at LDI is a quick and effective way to pinpoint specific development areas and formulate a plan for growth.
We use several 360 feedback and employee assessment tools that are confidential and completely web-enabled, making it easy and secure enough for raters to participate. Our program includes a component where the participants and their boss review the feedback together and create an action plan for change as well as a development plan and identifies employee retention strategies going forward.
